ADCONIA and P&P Consulting join forces in procurement and supply chain management
Following the merger of ADCONIA and P&P Consulting, the Oberhausen-based procurement consultancy ADCONIA is restructuring its strategy and workforce. Rainer den Ouden, the company’s co-managing director, is leaving the firm after around eight years. He will be succeeded in the same role by Niklas Panchyrz. The aim is to provide even more comprehensive support to companies across all sectors in the further development of their purchasing, procurement and supply chain functions.
By combining their expertise, the companies are creating a stronger consultancy platform for procurement strategy, operational process excellence, supply chain optimisation, sustainable value creation, digitalisation (AI) and measurable cost-reduction programmes. Furthermore, interim assignments can be managed even more effectively for our clients. ADCONIA and P&P Consulting thus combine strategic consultancy expertise with consistent implementation strength. Clients benefit from an expanded range of services, greater project capacity and an integrated consulting approach from a single source.
“The merger with P&P Consulting is a logical business move for ADCONIA. Adaptability, international competitiveness and cost efficiency are shaping the agenda of many companies today more than ever before. This requires consultancy with a strategic vision and measurable implementation strength. I am therefore delighted to welcome Niklas Panchyrz as a co-partner at ADCONIA,” emphasises Gregor van Ackeren, Founding Partner at ADCONIA.
This strategic reorganisation is accompanied by a change in the management team. Rainer den Ouden is stepping down from his role as Managing Director. ADCONIA would like to thank him warmly for his many years of dedication, his successful work and the impetus he has provided, which has had a significant impact on the company’s development.
“Rainer den Ouden has shaped the further development of ADCONIA and the work we do for many of our clients over the years with great dedication. We would like to express our sincere thanks to him and wish him all the best for his future professional and personal endeavours,” says Oliver Kreienbrink, managing partner of ADCONIA.

Niklas Panchyrz has been appointed as the new managing director. He takes on this role with a clear mandate to further expand the combined strengths of ADCONIA and P&P Consulting and to specifically refine the range of consultancy services for SMEs.
“With this merger, we are creating an even stronger platform for companies that view purchasing, procurement and the supply chain as key levers for competitiveness, improved results and transformation. I look forward to shaping the next stages of development together with our teams and consistently bringing the added value of our collaboration to the market,” emphasises Niklas Panchyrz.
