eLearnings for the mechanical and plant engineering industry
The new eLearning platform from Linius Technologies has been launched and we are involved with three training courses.
Who and what is Linius?
Linius is a start-up that is currently in the process of being established. Its goal is to establish convenient, digital learning, especially in the field of mechanical and plant engineering. Linius would soon like to offer small and medium-sized industrial companies in the DACH region the opportunity to set up and operate a professional eLearning system without great effort or high investment. Linius is embedded in a group of companies that has been operating successfully for over 30 years and has all the prerequisites to set up and expand its business quickly and agilely.
What do we offer?
The digitalization of the working world is creating more and more tools to optimize interdisciplinary and location-independent collaboration, we as ADCONIA focus on digital knowledge transfer with our eLearning concept, especially the Covid-19 pandemic has shown how difficult learning in a present format can be.
The modules of our eLearnings are based on the presence academy but are each subdivided into smaller courses and are taught particularly effectively by means of a proven mixture of theory transfer, knowledge queries, exercises, video sequences and examinations. The individual courses have a duration of 20-30 minutes and can be temporarily stored and thus interrupted at any time.
We started with these eLearnings:
1. strategy and purchasing: setting strategies and goals for purchasing means not only aligning one’s own activities more strategically, but at the same time increasing the influence of purchasing on its interfaces. In addition to teaching general sourcing strategies, this module focuses on the independent development of purchasing strategies. Supplier Relationship Management is explained in more detail and its importance for purchasing is highlighted. To round off the course, participants are also introduced to risk management and the consideration of compliance-relevant issues.
2. Analysis tools and methodology: Purchasing has a wide range of methods and tools at its disposal for its operational and strategic activities. This toolbox consists of different instruments for the analysis of purchasing and general company data and thus serves as a basis for strategic decisions. In particular, classical forms of data analysis but also analysis models such as Total Cost of Ownership or Life Cycle Costing are considered. In addition to the instruments, this module provides you with further knowledge about cost determination, contract award procedures and supplier visits.
3. target-oriented negotiation management: The achievement of purchasing successes requires in most cases the execution of a negotiation. In this module, participants learn what makes a successful negotiation, how to develop the right strategy and which negotiation models are based on science. They will learn the basics of communication and how to deal with conflicts in negotiation situations but also in everyday professional life. Participants also gain insight into different personality types and how to deal with them, as well as various psychological games.
The courses can be optimally integrated into the business routine and can be called up flexibly within a certain framework.
